Blank Monthly Mortgage Statement/Bill

I hope someone can help me with this. My husband filed a Chapter 13 a few years ago, and I've just recently learned that every monthly mortgage statement we get is blank, as far as principle paid, interest paid, amount due, etc. My husband called the morgage company about this, and was told that it was because of his Chapter 13. I do not understand this, as my name is also on the mortgage, and I have no Chapter 13 or 7 or anything. Does anyone know about this? Is my mortgage company pulling a fast one? Thanks for any help.

If payments have resumed they should be providing you the information--that is odd. Ask them to explain legally and tell them you may lawyers look at it.
