AUCTION
IF THERE IS A SALE DATE FOR AUCTION ON MY PROPERTY, HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE? CAN THEY COME THE SAME DAY AND PROCEED WITH THE EVICTION?

No it takes a few days at least normally--but call the sheriff and check your local timetables/procedures
