My house is in foreclosure. I have 2 mortgages and the attorneys from the 2nd mortgage have set a sale date for auction. How ever the attorneys for the 1st mortgage are still in the process of foreclosing my property, we have a hearing date on the 10th of April. The sale date according to the 2nd mortgage bank is the 5th of April. Can they (the 2nd mortgage bank) sale the house with out the approval of the 1st mortgage bank? If that
