2nd home (Condo)
My son and I are co-owners of a Clearwater Beach condo. We can no longer afford the 1st and 2nd mortgages, which total $2,700 a month plus a $600 a month association fee and $7,000 in property taxes. What happens (besides ruining our credit) if we stop making payments?
