Cool Paraprofessional

When refinancing a home, can a mortgage company force a borrower to pay a debt that the borrower insists is not his? Can the mortgage company legally withhold those funds until a dispute is filed and settled?

Email response to vfranklin@bishop.edu

Thanks.
