Foreclosure Sale
If an investment home is foreclosed on and sold and the proceeds of the sale
does not cover the mtge and equity line, can the bank who has the equity line obtain a judgment and place a lien on my principal residence? |

--in some jurisdictions they can do that yes, just as they can with any judgment they may have
