Default Multiple parties on Deeds of house but one Mortgagee

My Father is recently deceased but had previously taken out a second mortgage in his name only on our house. My Mother is a named party on the deeds of the house but not on the mortgage. What is her liability in making the remaining payments on the mortgage?

Thanks in advance
