Default Orally authorized transaction: I want my money back from a scam.

What would one do if one was pulled into a scam, had credit card charged, realized it was a scam and then submitted it as fraud with their credit card company. Technically it was not fraud, since it was an orally authorized transaction, but one want money back without getting into trouble with credit card company.

I wish to inform you that if you have given authorization for credit card transaction then it may not be alleged that here is a credit card scam. In this you may allege credit card scam if credit card transaction was done by fraud and in this you may inform bank regarding fraud happened to you. If other party has not fulfilled its contract then you may file a suit for damages. In this regard you may file a suit. If your credit card has been charged then you may file a suit for recovery if other party has not performed its contract. You may file a complaint with FTC.

You are allowed to dispute a transaction if you are not satisfied with the merchant.
