I was enquiung if i have a case against casinos clubs pubs etc if i was playing a real dealer black jack game and i was counting cards and got caught i would be heavily prosecuted but pubs clubs casinos etc fix their machines so that they have approx 97% pay out which means that i have a 100% chance of loosing except for their real live games like roullette not computerized meaning that if i bet on a number i have a 1 in 36 chance of hitting it which that to me seems fair and is actually gambling but their computerized games to me are a big scam and are not actually gambling as i see it if i bet on a number from 1 to 36 i should a have a 1 in 36 chance of hitting it that is gambling but when they fix their machines at a %payout approx 96 to 97% that to me is not gambling but a scam much worse than card counting by doing that to their machines as long as the payout% is below 100 which it always is means that my odds are 100% in loosing in their favour and if i do have a case how can i take it up

I don't think that is illegal unfortunately --everybody knows and agrees that that is set up that way--and it is regulated these days.
