Default Registed and paid for part time lectures

In the begining of this year i registed and paid for part time lectures. The univesity than told us we were less than 15 students so there was no lectures. We were told about this almost 6 months after. When i requested my money back i was told its non refundable. I paid for something i never got. How do i go about agueing "non refundable". Plz help ps

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
