who helps the Foreclosed

I live in California and have fallen through the cracks,so who is held accountable for Fraud Predatory lending wrongful foreclosure, Countrywide yes no yes maybe sweep it under the rug! I have evidence against my Lender,Broker,Appraiser,Lenders Insurance and no bank roll to fund Justice the Attorney Generals office (pick a State)gets the satisfaction and money,are they not responsible to watch for this, Countrywide hands them 8.6 BILLION for doing what was done to me, then have the nerve to make a claim that they can not represent the people that pay them! I have been foreclosed on 10/08 and after searching an Attorney phone me,I thought was from a site that had been formed to help homeowner fight back. Now I am with a Lawyer that is trying to force me into a Modification where there is no Loan, I had been lied too so much by so many that I truly believe this world is totally Corrupt.how can i make my attorney give me back my documents and a proper bill that has the court filings as i have received nothing. Please any help will be appreciated Im sick and tired of watching this lie go on! what is the homeowner suppose to do when there is no one that cares.
