Somebody asked me to think about investing so I listened to a conference call and looked over there offering paperwork.
This Pacnzoom stuff sounds fantastic, the money they say we'll make is incredible and the people doing the presentation are VERY convincing. But I did some checking around and found out some impartant things that weren't in the offering paper. I don't want to be negative, but this whole thing sounds too good to be true and looks like this company may be some kind of scam. They got hundreds investors and have been working on it for several years but still don't have any sales. I was told they would give all of your money back that you invested when you wanted it, but how can they do that for all the investors with no sales income? The only way is to pay back the old investors with money from new ones!! Makes me wonder if most of what is going on is just for show so that the money comes in. Anybody else have an opinion on this? |

Ha! I bought stock in that company over 10 years ago. Their program was supposed to be
almost ready to sell back then, but year after year it was the same 'ol thing (one more minor fix, then we're going public and getting rich). I waited months to get my money back, so I know they had to raise it from somebody else to pay me. I'm sure these people didn't know where their money was going but I'm glad they didn't ask or I would still be waiting. If you have information, you should post it. It may save somebody a few headaches. And be sure to get a copy of the Colorcom partnership agreement and have your lawyer read the fine print. You'll be amazed. |

These guys seem pretty honest.
But I am curious about the Colorcom partnership agreement. There was nothing like this in the PPM that I received. What's the deal? If this is a governing document, why did only some investors receive it? |

In the tax case looks like several violations, to start with Rule 144. Those violations
could cancel the 506D exemption above and more problems. The SEC filings don't to include data regarding those transactions. |

That's the difference between a company run by MBA's and a company run by engineers. The MBA says "the schedule calls for shipments tomorrow - start shipping." The engineer doesn't want to ship until it's perfect. Think of Tomas Edison inventing the light bulb after listening to environmentalists. He wouldn't ship until he made a high brightness LED.

You people are crazy. Get a life. You're like Chicken Little. Hollar and scream about the apple that fell when you have absolutely no idea about what you are talking about.

I looked at Colorcom for a friend of a friend about 5 years ago, after he invested. From a pure investment opportunity/business perspective, the red flags flew with the first glance at their materials. What was fun though was reading through their technology claims, their patents, their rollout timeline, and their claimed market. They have lots of neat-o tech buzzwords that dazzle the lay-person. But there was clearly nothing of (engineering) substance going on there. Best advice: take all the info they give you and drop it in front of an engineer with experience in digital image processing. It'll give them a laugh. And hopefully it will save you some money too.
