Kenya Gatabaki

Has anyone else in Vancouver been ripped off by a scam artist by the name of Kenta Gatabaki? He promised me guaranteed and safe returns of 8-10% per year. I didn't get a single payment, and now he's asking for even more money to chase after the same "projects" that I can never get any solid information on, or can ever find anything about.

My last known information about him is kega1@shaw.ca - that's his email address, but he has stopped responding to my emails.

Since it was a promissory note, is there any regulatory body that can help me get this resolved? I think only offering memorandums can be reached by the securities commissions?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The only other thing I want people to know is to stay away and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Kenya. It will only lead to heartache, headache, and financial distress.

The RCMP is looking into this Story teller.. Kenya and his people are all taking MONEY from people AND TELLING THEM STORIES..

IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP.. PLEASE REPORT THIS TO THE COPS......

Is there an amount of money that needs to be involved before a regulatory body, or police force looks into a case?

Now a buiness partner in Fruttus Corp. a shady mining scam operation.

This person (Kenya Kenia Gatabaki) thinks he can take people's money and live a great life with his Wife and daughter. But what he don't understand is life has a funny way of paying people back.

What you do TO OTHERS .. someone will do to you and or your family.... ( VANCOUVER BC IS KNOWN FOR SOMETHING???) KEEP RUNNING!!!

So keep taking people's money and then RUN! life will make you pay one way or another!!!!

If people want to deal with you after reading about the way you do business, they will get the same result nothing!!!!

Yes!!! He is from that part of the world that 99% of the people come to Canada and USA and focus on ripping people off. And the people that help these people knows what they are doing to other people.

Why would anyone want to help someone like this in business? I feel for his child, she has no idea what she will have to PUT UP with because of her BAD ROLE MODEL AS HER FATHER.

Do what we did go and file a report with surrey RCMP they know what he is doing!!

Run from this guy we had dealing with him... The BIGGEST story teller in the world.... AND He is broke!!!!!!!!!
