Tenders At the luxor in Vegas

Scam alert for those of you traveling to Las Vegas-
During the month of July we had made reservations for a party of 11 at Tenders at the Luxor hotel in vegas. This place was supposevely a top of the line rest. for its food and service.
Unfortunately its was total opposite and a complete disaster.
Quick version of what happened - Basiclly wants the salads were dropped off, we didint see much of the wait staff. It got to a point where people in our party where waliking around to kill time. 45 min since the salads and you would expect offers on more drinks, more house bread anything other than water, maybe a server offering an explanation on what is taking so long or maybe he could b.s. us into believing the food is coming right out in few minutes.
ablsolutely nothing. No manager stopped by to offer drinks or maybe desserts, this place was charging avg. 40 bucks a plate and yet the staff had no clue on how to keep the guests cool and collective or reasssured that everything will be ok and that there on top of it.
Pretty much everyone in the party had had it when they started seeing other tables that were sat after us getting there entrees. Once we started to walk out , we finally see a manager whos acts as if hes concerned. All he was concerened about was us paying for the drinks and salads we had. a hundred bucks, he could of made 600 to 800 off us if he would of done his job right.
If you go to vegas and are looking for a great steak place - Do Not go to Tenders at the Luxor, the service and managment are horrible, no clue - you get better service at Fridays or chilis - how sad is that?? Great steak place in vegas is at Ballys, fantastick service also.
