PLEASE HELP. Grand or Petty Larceny case :(

A friend of mine Tried to take money from his parents bank account. He added it on my paypal account. Long story short there is 180 that he had taken and 398 that i had charged, stupidly and now his parents have turned it over to the banks fraud department and i have a feeling that they are going to file charges because my name was on the account. Wahts going to happen and should i hire a lawyer or get one assigned to me if this happens. Thanks. Oh i am only 18 and this is my first offense, well other than a loitering one? which should be dropped august 14th. What could possible happen to me ?

Try to get the parents to drop the case if at all possible (your friend might work something out) but if they will not do so then yes definitely get a lawyer.
