Don't know where you get your info but it is NOT against the law to invest your money in opportunities of the world! It is against the law to try to hide any taxes that are due from these investments! The FBI is waiting for what? If you lost money you are saying they will prosecute you for investing? "How dumb can some people be?" Really dumb if they believe what you just said!
By the way...most of these HYIP scams already have your information anyway! It's called due diligence......

The FBI are waiting for you to turn up at their doorstep. Don't forget to give them all your personal details. How dumb can some people be.
You must be an iranian diplomat or something. Virtually everything you've said here is completely false.

Before most securities can be purchased by a US citizen, they must be "approved" by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Gaining such approval is an expensive bureaucratic procedure.

Did you do your own Due Diligence and gain approval before puchasing?

If not, then you are wasting your time and only bringing attention to your own stupidity and naevity. Ignorance is no excuse when you get that knock on the door.

FALSE.

To OFFER securities through U.S. institutions naturally requires SEC approval, but anyone is free to purchase whatever securities they wish. Iranian or North Korean securities may be a restriction for U.S. citizens, but I am not sure.

In any case, no one will be "knocking on your door" if you invest in securities that the SEC doesnt approve of. Absolute nonsense. Who told you this? Or are you just trying make the U.S. appear to be some sort of a police state? In either case, you're WRONG.

Unless you are trying to say (in a roundabout way) that those who invested in Prosperita are stupid or naive, I think you are in the wrong thread.

Anyone that joined this ‘private member group’ knows they never purchased an ‘investment’ instrument, so this thread is absolute nonsense and those talking about THEIR INVESTMENT should really look at what they joined because the word ‘Investment’ is nowhere to be found in any of the literature they agreed to when becoming a member of this group.

"Investment", "Membership", "Club", "Group"... Whatever you want to call it or whatever you say you promised or not, it doesn't make it OK to run off with everyone's money. Your program is a scam either way.

Yes - The satisfaction of knowing that "Belinda" has plenty of discretionary cash to play around with is what the members agreed to, and purchased.

What is everyone so pissed off about?

The members are all complete idiots thinking that it was some sort of "investment" and that they would get some money back from it. Total morons.

This is a SCAM, not an INVESTMENT, you morons! SCAMs are NOT investments. SCAMs take your money and make excuses why you cant have it back, unlike INVESTMENTs, in which you can expect some sort of return, and need to be transparent about how you money is being invested.

You were told this when you signed up, so it is all your fault. Get over it, you sniveling whiny moron members!

Yeah, kind of like Madoff -

People put in their money, receive some bullsh!t paper and excuses, and get nothing back! All gone! Whoosh!

Same principle used in Prosperta, although now "belinda" disputes whether there is anything wrong with taking all the members money because she didn't call it an "investment".
