Hi,
what can I legaly do, when I (living in the us), purchase some "work from home" bundle for 49 Dollar and its crap, and there is a no money back guaranty and the webpage or host of it is sitting in Germany??? Do I have some legal chances to sue them? …What can I do??? PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you Ricco |

You can file a police report in germany for fraud.
or perhaps continue to post here and give them bad publicity |

Personally i don't believe that the german police is fit with fighting internet crimes like the american police (sorry, i dont want discriminate the germans), but can i do really nothing from here the us, to sue? thanks again |
