DEALER SAYS THEY WONT GIVE ME TAX $ BACK
I bought an used truck, which had to be fixed 4 times, during the 30 day car warranty. transmision keep leaking the fluid. The last time the owner took the truck, I said enough, I want my money back. Well he said ok I give you the money back except the taxes you paid. Is this right? I live in NY state, this guy is going to sell the truck again and tax the next victim. I still have more than 2 weeks on the warranty

He needs to give those back as well...you may sue in small claims if need be.
