Company accepted substantial funds, failed to deliver goods; company sent letters including letters in October 2008 that it would ship goods or refund.

Company now has kept all funds and failed to deliver. Financial condition of the company is questionable.

Canadian buyer is filing criminal charges. World Law lawyers have been sent the file and all records of the default.

This W B Inam says he is traveling and unavailable and then when we speak he forgets what he said. The bottom line is that they have taken money and are NOT providing the goods nor refunding, and keep making up one excuse after another. They wrote us in a letter they are refunding, and we still have not seen a dollar. Frankly I think criminal charges might be appropriate, for theft.

I had them deliver items that were wholly unusuable. But I spent less than a few thousand.

I would have liked to have had more warning about these guys. Hope this helps others.
