Default Javan King and Qualico Capital

I've been duped into buying stock from a very convincing con artist by the name of Javan King of Qualico Capital in Vancouver. He promised great returns and to protect buyers in the open market with shares of the same company to "mitigate" their risk, but to date everyone I know has lost money so far on his FNLH deal.

His lackey Richard DeSouza and their people were posting their deal all over facebook and many people bought at or around the 0.04 range. Right now, we're all suffering a 0.01 price on the stock, and King is nowhere to be found at his own office leaving investors holding the bag.

I encourage everyone out there to double check their references and do their own due diligence to the utmost of their abilities to avoid falling for their lies and running into a similar fate.

I agree (sorta)... A lot of people, including Javan himself, lost money on the FNLH deal. Blame it on inexperience, naivety or whatever you want to call it, but it's obvious that the whole deal was a complete disaster...

however;

I still believe that this was an honest mistake... Several steps needed to happen in order for FNLH to be a success. The only thing Javan did wrong was trust that the other steps would follow through.

Don't get me wrong, that is a BIG mistake, and cost a lot of people a lot of money... I'm just saying that I don't believe Javan had any malicious intent, or "grand plan" to have people lose their money.

But, overall I agree.. Always do your due diligence, and if anything was learnt from this FNLH deal, its that you should ALWAYS do your OWN research on a company before buying any stock... never buy solely because someone else recommended it!!

I know for a fact that Javan and his team are scam artist. There is no offices around the world. Only one in Vancouver. There is no $30,000,000 fund or any promises that come true.

He is a smooth talker that delivers nothing. He is ex Europus Capital and i think the other one was Streetcast.

The Peter L fellow is an ex furniture salesman that has only been involved in the markets for a few years.

The proof is in the puddy. Search all the companies associated with these companies and see for yourself.

No volume no rise in share price. They take your money and run.

STAY AWAY! When they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.

HA HA HA - Laughing at whoever the retard is that posted on 9-23-08, seriously...WAKE UP!

Jay (Javan) King, did NOT LOSE ANY MONEY ON FNLH.... Quite the opposite actually. What he did was convince a bunch of naive dumb kids like Richard Desouza and the rest of the Qualico Capital boiler room boys, to get their friends, family and do whatever they can do to get this stock trading so that HE (JAY KING) could sell his the shares that he was GIVEN from the company.

So, to that extent, there was to "Malicious Intent" and you are either to dumb, or too blind to see what's really going on here - Either way it's pathetic.

Word of Wisdom to all of you - Stay away from Jay (Javan) King, Qualico Capital, and anybody associated with them if you want to keep your money.

If you are a CEO of a company, like I am, you should be able to read between the lines with this guy and realize that for all his talk he is nothing more than a stock promoter who can't promote...

So what does that make him then? A scammer who exploits people for whatever he can get or take at ANY expense!

For crying out loud, I went for a meeting, flew into town, went to their "office" and there was all these wet behind the ears little kids sitting around the table in their (Qualico Capital) apartment style "office". Jay King went on to brag about the Olympic village and introduced these "kids" as investment bankers .

What a joke!

I wouldnt be suprised that the posting on 9-23-08 was the crook himself Jay King.

Go to his offices in Hong Kong, New York. Its a answering service where you can rent out rooms. No official offices. Beware of the German accent. Jay has also been caught pretending to be other people and voices than himself.

Anything and anyone associated with Jay should stay away unless you like loosing money and being royally screwed over.

Everyone on this post who says that Javan King is a liar IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Not just that either, he is a CROOK! He has committed several crimes and will soon be paying the price for them. Qualico Capital and Javan King are going down and they don't even know it yet. They messed with the wrong people and I hope that EVERYONE who was conned by these sleazebags can take some satisfaction in the fact that they will NOT get away with it this time.

to add :

The Peter L - has only been involved in the markets the same way a day trader has been.

Peter L - has no investment banking or public market business knowledge.

Qualico Capital - loves to pitch Doing a PIPE but they can not legally do that.

Qualico Capital - loves to pitch share purchase agreement with the payout being a split of the proceed. Once again not legal.

Qualico Capital - steals your shares and then blames everyone else.

Jay King - has no law degree, matter of fact did not go to school at all.

i can go on forever but i think you get the point.

By saying that Peter L has the same smarts as a day trader is giving him too much credit.

He has the same smarts as a spring in a sofa. He only knows furniture and stealing from people.

He and the rest of them are Frauds.

Jay King.... ha! brings back memories!

I am surprised this scum bag is still in operations. He is one of those guys that has to feel in control because he is so insecure about himself.

Take it from me, I tried to do a deal with him about 3 years ago and everything went wrong. One day he is your best friend, and the next day he doesn't take your phone calls.

Blames everything on you, and then goes and hides when he thinks things might get serious. A TRUE *****!

My message to Javan (Jay) King is this.... > You got lucky bub! Your day is quickly appraoching!

Also, trust me on this, the only Germans Jay knows are the voices in his VERY MESSED UP HEAD! Jay, you really should visit the nearest Mental Health Care Unit and check yourself in!!!!
