Go to his offices in Hong Kong, New York. Its a answering service where you can rent out rooms. No official offices. Beware of the German accent. Jay has also been caught pretending to be other people and voices than himself.

Anything and anyone associated with Jay should stay away unless you like loosing money and being royally screwed over.

I like it when he RUNS and HIDES for weeks - that is the best.

You know the famous quote -
You can run but you can't hide.

He hides very well though. Can't find the %@#$@.

however;

I still believe that this was an honest mistake... Several steps needed to happen in order for FNLH to be a success. The only thing Javan did wrong was trust that the other steps would follow through.

Don't get me wrong, that is a BIG mistake, and cost a lot of people a lot of money... I'm just saying that I don't believe Javan had any malicious intent, or "grand plan" to have people lose their money.

But, overall I agree.. Always do your due diligence, and if anything was learnt from this FNLH deal, its that you should ALWAYS do your OWN research on a company before buying any stock... never buy solely because someone else recommended it!!

Sorry for all the problems .
The market has been ****ty as you all know.

The Peter L fellow is an ex furniture salesman that has only been involved in the markets for a few years.

The proof is in the puddy. Search all the companies associated with these companies and see for yourself.

No volume no rise in share price. They take your money and run.

STAY AWAY! When they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.

Jay King aka Javan King aka fake german accent and about 20 other aliases runs Qualico Capital Corp Qualico Capital Inc. | Investment Banking | Venture Capital out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Along with Peter Lindhout, they sit back in this apartment converted into an office on Yukon street called the "Montreaux"

Jay King is a SCAMMER, plain and simple! Peter Lindhout is just an idiot who claims to have all these Chinese M&A connections, but only 2 years ago he was running his own furniture store called Holts, out of Richmond, British Columbia.

Jay King ripped me off, and after doing a little research about this little midget, I have found dozens of other people/companies he ahs ripped off.

Peter Lindhout just sits there and looks dumb, adding the odd sentence here and there to Jay King's "speech" which only makes Peter Lindhout look more and more like Jay King's Puppet!

I will say this, I believe I took my company public pre-mature, and didn't fully understand all of the "in's and out's" of the Public Market Place (Not to say that I do now) but I believe, this is exactly the kind of people Jay King and his crummy company "Qualico Capital" pray upon.

So, if you ever hear the names "Jay King" or "Javan King" or "Peter Lindhout" or "Qualico Capital" look out! I have heard tell that he (Jay King) also runs a Penny Touting website that has no power called "Emerging Issuer" Emerging Issuer - Where Potential is Noticed - Home - Stay away from this crap as well, he just puts up a little interview and it does NOTHING! All of his talk about vMails is BS and he charges you a lot of money for something that can be done very cheap!

I did some research on Emerging Issuer, and other things Jay King may be involved in and found this: "Copyright © 2008 Pastorfide Tassone Group Inc. All Rights Reserved." - It's funny to note that one of the names is "Pastorfide" who is, in fact his (Jay King) wife... Her name is Aida Pastorfide-King, and this is Jay King's way of trying to disguise the fact that it is indeed his website...

Don't believe me?! Compare these two links: Canada 411™ - Canada’s People Directory

And the one that was posted above with Jay Kings filing information located here: Form 3 KING JAVAN For: Oct 22 (10K)

Another thing I find quite amusing about this little crook is the fact that while he tries to disguise his identity from actually owning the website Emerging Issuer (Emerging Issuer - Where Potential is Noticed - Home) he appears on the site!

Check this out!

Emerging Issuer - Where Potential is Noticed - Video News

I will add that while I was out for dinner with Jay King, his wife Aida and some other younger guy, he is truly a convincing person, but his wife seemed to disagree with a lot of things he said, which he would promptly cover up. I should have been paying closer attention!

Let this letter about Jay King "Javan King" and Qualico Capital out of Vancouver, British Columbia be fair warning to all of you! I should have done a google search on this guy before I worked (Was ripped off) by this guy, and hopefully you are doing your research about Jay King and Qualico Capital before you decide to do ANY BUSINESS with these scam artists!

Good luck to you all, and remember, stay away from Jay King, Javan King, Qualico Capital, and emerging issuer!

Good day!
