Can a Prop. Own. Assoc. enter my land to remove a violation without a court
order? If the right is in the restrictions, does that constitute pre-authority? |

If in the deed or restrictions that often unfortunately does give them the right--otherwise normally they cannot.

Your answer is interesting. I am under the impression that one cannot sign away their basic rights. Would not the unauthorized entry constitute a violation of the fourth amend. of the bill of rights, "search and seizure". What if damage was done to the property or property is missing? Grumpy |
