I have been chosen for jury duty-my first marriage went to divorce as he started using drugs(herion)-he moved out of state in 1982- got into a drug deal with two other guys and three men from another state were murdered -he received the death pen - a life sentence - and 25 years -the other two men involved with him were paroled years ago- he is still doing time. We have three children together, who have grown without him in their lifes. I have become a very bitter over this and feel maybe it's my chance to put someone in jail and let their families see how it feels - I know I am not going to be a partial juror because of this -do I tell the judge this prior to jury duty?
