Please am mailing from Ghana and i will be glad if your noble firm can assist me . I have been refused a working holiday maker programme by the British high commission here in Ghana on the allerged grounds of possessing forged business certificate of my sponsor. The commission eventually handed me over to the police for prosecution. Having investigated thoroughly, the result was positive confirming the genuineness of my document. I then sent a police clearance letter to the commission to regularize their operations but surprisingly only said they are sorry for all that they have taken me through without doing anything.
I was a student at the university of Ghana and unfortunately for me , i was handed over to the police a day i was supposed to write one of my exams thus denying me my exams. Currently my education is in a jeopardy since my subsequent exams also suffered psychological effects. in addition, the embarrassment caused me during this period was a major blow on my integrity.since the British high commission is not amenable to our law courts here in Ghana, i wish to appeal to your honorable firm to assist me in seeking for redress. i have all relevant document to attest my case. Hoping to hear from you |
