Restricted Selling On ebay

I am a seller on ebay-I sell authentic designer label handbags. About 5
months ago, ebay restrcited my selling of these items. They refuse to tell
me what the restrictions are and how long they will last saying only that
\"Please understand the restrictions placed on your account are not
accusations of you personally selling counterfeit items nor do they
affect your standing as a valued eBay customer. The restrictions are
proactive means of assisting eBay to reduce fraud and negative buying
experiences on the site.\"
I receive the same form letter from them over and over and have appealed
this with them many times. I am looking for help as I cant believe this is
legal to interfere with my income when I have never sold a counterfeit item.
Is there anything I can do? ebay does this to MANY sellers on the site, but
it seems that most are intimidated or dont know how to procede to take this
higher to get resolution.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
