WORLD CLASS ATTORNEY !!!

I'm looking for a world class attorney (U.S.A.), in the small area I live in,
most of the attorneys are busy taking money from their clients who have committed felonies on me, that type of thing... Scum bag drug users have accused me, behind my back of buying from them (for obvious reasons even a 6th grader could figure out) --this is ludicrous.... I lived in a very small town where my every action can easily be seen. The town has (3) churches & no grocery store... I have no vices: smoking, alcohol, drugs, nor sex.... I want to begin filing civil suits against individuals as I cannot even obtain a job in my professtion b/c of the "investigation" & have suffered severe emotiona trama from the constant harrassment over YEARS, YES YEARS (not mos.)... In addition, my personal safty is severely compromised as (1/2) the county has keys to my home, car, etc... And illicit drugs are being thrown into my car while I grocery shop at WAL MART (that's how desperate they are)... Please state the step by step process I would follow to begin...
