My compaint was ignored

Hi,

I made two complaints against our local bus company.
The first complaint was on April 2005. The company refused to investigate
my complaint because the bus compay said that I was too late to make my
complaint. Bearing in mind, I lodged my complaint 8 weeks after the
accident.
My second complaint which I lodged against the bus company was on June 2007. I have not received yet their outcome of the investigation into my complaint.
Shall I take the company to the county court? The reason is because I believe that I received degrading treatment from the company.
I appreciate very much your advice into this matter

It may be hard to sue over that unless you were damaged or they violated specific race or gender law etcs,
