20 year-old dating a 14 year-old?
Area of law: (Not sure which area)
Country: United States of America State: All States/Provinces Is it illegal for a man of 20 to date a 14 year-old girl (and they do not engage in any sexual activities)? And this does not fall under the category of pedophilia, does it? One of my friends expressed her interest in a 20 year-old high school senior, but one of my other friends said it was illegal, and that she shouldn't even try. Is it illegal? |

Yes it is illegal, if the person is over 18 years of Age it is illegal, even if they are not engaging in any sexual activity. How is it there is a 20 Year Old Senior in a High School? I think by law that is also illegal....
