EVICTION
i am currently being eveicted from my apartment in which i dwell with
my two children.i am being evicted due to money past due. i have now been served with papers and have no idea if im supposed to go to court or how long i have till i have to move out im a single mother and cannot pay $60 or more dollars for help please help me. also i live in stockton,ca |

Read your papers and it will list a date, and you should appear.
If you cannot afford a lawyer, legal Aid may help if you want to delay this or seek possible counterclaims etc. |
