Licensing - Washington Law
We're about to go into discussion with a company in Washington to license a technology and develop new product using it. Wed like to know if its going to be a problem at all if were going to work with a former employee of this company and that we decided to use this technology because of this former employee. Are we obligated to inform them with this information?
