I have a small farm with one horse,and I go to Arizona for the winter months,so had an agreement with a young woman that she could keep her horse at my farm for free year around in exchange for paying for the fed for her horse and mine and also she was to care for them while I was gone,she never followed through so she was asked to remove her horse which she did.I had also bought a horse from her giving her the option of buying it back.She sold the horse to someone else without informing me first,but did give me back the money I had paid for it.would like to know if there is any legal action I can take against her for selling the horse without my permission,and also if I can sue her for board money for the months her horse was on my farm

Both would be difficult. You ended the agreement which you had the right to do.

She should not have sold the horse but normally you will get damages for the price that was lower etc., but not for pain or emotional issues. So not much would be collected.

May be best to just be done with her!
