Confused Libel

What issues should a company be concerned with if an employee made an indecent picture of a former co-worker with company software. The image was then sent to other coworkers but from a private email account. Can the company be sued for libel?

Default Re: Libel

You would not normally be liable but you may want to take clear disciplinary actions and document them.

It may even be an event that merits termination?
