military negligence
My husband is stationed on a ship overseas and was vaccinated with anthrax. Approximately one week later he was informed that the medication given him was expired. As far as we know 100+ servicemen and women have been given this expired drug. What if anything can be done about this?

has he had a medical check up; have any damages been observed or are medical professionals concerned?

They have'nt scheduled check-ups yet, and of course they are trying to play it down but from my understanding, Washington has been informed and the superior officer in charge was removed.

If there are medical damages then see a lawyer to discuss options.
