Question Job gone wrong

i was employed by a department store for 3 days. I was attacked by another
employee
that was known to be a problem. the employee threw a 4 way rack on me
while
i was sitting on the floor working. the rack fell on my neck and back
which
now i have constent pain. The department store did not fire the woman instead
the
told here they where going to move her to a different department so
she
quit. i quit also due to fear the woman would come after me cause she
knew
where i worked. What can I do? I feel that I was treated unfairly and
that
my employer did not protect me.

Default Re: Job gone wrong

You can if need be sue the person and the employer for any and all medical or related costs.

And you could file a police reoport.
