Unhappy She fell off the planet!

I chose the miscellaneous category, and you will soon see that my dilema is definitely in that category. I met a gal, nickname Jordie, on an online poker site. Over months, we became very good friends through emails, then instant messages. We swapped pics and very personal information and really became very good friends. Then, one night after talking for about an hour, she and a girlfriend were going across the street to get pizza before they closed, and I never heard from her again. We were getting along great and there is no reason that she would just disappear without a word. She did have some serious health risks and was on random dialysis. In fact, she nearly died in May 2007 and spent that entire month in the hospital.
Now comes the hard part. I am from the U.S. and Jordie is from Iceland. She also spends a lot of time in Europe. In fact, the last time I heard from her, she was in Venlo, Netherlands. I cannot get a response from her email address. I do not know her snail mail address and have no way to get in touch with her if she is in fact still alive. I can't even type her name, as it contains Icelandic letters. I cannot search for her online because of Icelandic letters as everything must be exact. The only two ways that I have been able to think of to get in touch with her is through her snail mail address which Poker Stars has, but will not release due to their Pirvacy Policy, and email addresses through Yahoo that she has sent emails to, that I am sure they will not release either, but I have not heard back from them at this time. I mean no ill harm to this gal. I only want to know that she is alive and well. I came to know her very very well, then suddenly, it is as if she just fell off the planet.
The addresses do not even need to be released to me. If a third party would send my message. Poker Stars would not even do that. I came to care for this gal very much and care what happens to her. I have shed some tears for her, and her little girl too; not for me, but because I really believe that she may be dead. If she is in fact alive and well and doesn't want to have anymore to do with me, then that is fine, as long as she is alive and well, and happy. But I am having a hard time dealing with not knowing. The truth is all that matters.
Finally, my question. "What can I do to get Poker Stars and Yahoo to release her information, or get a message to her, or her family and friends?"

Thank you for your time,
Larry Landgraf

If you were never given any other contact information it may very well be that the person was not being truthful and they are not who they say.

It happens a lot unfortunately.

You cannot get the records or other information without the filing of a suit and if suit is filed there has to be some grounds.
