Default If she decides to keep the ring, does she have anything to worry about, legally?

thank you in advance for your replies.

my friend's bf proposed to her in nevada where she lives. he lives in maryland / dc area where he purchased the ring. he ended the relationship after his family disapproved because of a difference in culture. if she decides to keep the ring, does she have anything to worry about, legally?

Usually she gives it back--check with your state attorney general's office what rules apply where she rec'd it.
