Question money issues

My husband and I have two checking accounts and one savings account. All three are in my name only. I am a stay at home mom and do not provide any income to these accounts. My husband cashes his checks at the bank that they are drawn on and then gives me cash to deposit. In the case of separation or dissolution of our marriage, what happens to the money? Does it get split between both of us? Is it mine because the accounts are in my name and cash is being deposited? Or is it my husbands because the cash can be traced back to his paycheck?
