Truck towed in front of house
I have a condo in the state of Florida that requires a parking permit be hung from the rearview mirror of my vehicle. Being human, I forgot to put the permit on my mirror last night and my truck was towed. I now have to pay $215 to get it out of the lot. Is it legal for them to tow my truck simply because I forgot to put a tag on my mirror? Shouldn't they be able to run my tag and determine that the vehicle is registered to that address?

If the law requires it to be hung, then unfortunately they can tow.
