Help regarding production of a product
Hello Sir/Madam,
We are a India based company,wants mass production of Pen drives.For this whether we have to take any patent or any such legal seps regarding it? For production of pen drives,whether there is any law or like that? Hoping your reply. |

Are you creating something that would need a patent to protect you? |

No we are manufacturing Pen drive,but is there any procedure to be followed by law before manufacturing it?

You at least are going to have to make sure it complies with safety and production requirements that exist in whatever market you plan to sell it in.
