Who's responsible? H-E-L-P
I was involved in an MVA and the other person was at fault. Her
insurance company gave me a rental car to use while my care was being repaired and I got into an accident (can you believe it!) in the rental car. I did not have insurance nor did I purchae their insurance. Am I responsible for the damages to the rental car even though I did not rent it? Thanks - Pamela |

You are required to have your insurance or some insurance covering it yes.
You might try to argue they said or implied it was insured, and try to make them responsible. |
