my husband and his exgirlfriend had a house together. the lease was in both names but the loan or money from the house came from my husband. now that my husband and i are married, am i entitled to the house as well. how can we put my name on the deed. or if we want her name off , how do we go about that process.

You can execute new deeds, but is she claiming any interest. She normally cannot be removed without her permission.

she isnt claiming any interest. to get new deeds we have to her sign a form and i dont think she will do that since we dont contact her based on her threatning actions towards us.

but on the turn she cant take his name off either can she???
