Fantasy Makebelive Legality
My question is this... is it legal in the state of FL to have a sexually explicit chat with some one over the age of 18 but where she and or he fantasizes with each other as being under the age of consent and plays out that fantasy online?
If its just fantasy make believe is it legal or is it a legal offense. If so what are the possible legal ramifications and actions that could be taken by law enforcement. |

There are parts of that would not be legal in our opinion. You should avoid that entirely unless you want to risk explaining that to law enforcement.
