What is illegal about this?
\"A\", in Maryland, USA, is hired by \"B\", in UK, to be his representative
in USA. \"B\" instructs \"C\", in Arizona, USA, to send \"A\" several thousand dollars (supposedly aquired legally) in traveller\'s checks. \"A\" is to cash checks and send the money by Western Union to \"D\" in Ghana. \"A\" keeps 10% of money as his wages. What is illegal about this? |

It is a common scam and the checks are fraudulent--you would be liable.
