I have been a resident and citizen of Canada since 1966. Canada is also my domicile.
If I had a Personal Interest Foundation in Panama could I put the title deeds of a property (house and land) in UK in to the Foundation? If circumstances changed before my death and could I sell the properties to a buyer in UK? Very many thanks, James |

I don't think Panama is one of the 26 countries that world law covers so you may want to consult the embassy there or even seek a brief consultation with local lawyers. A firm like KPMG could also help advise you if that is feasible.
