You can ask a court to deny access to you and to keep you separate. That may be possible if there has been serious abuse or violence.
It may help to consult with a lawyer briefly -- he could outline other options for you as well. |

in fact
if i went to the court/police as u said then they may ask my parents why all this kicks then he tell them cause she have boyfriend then they will take me to lab to check if am virgin or not if am virgin = they take me away from dad if not = send me back to dad , even if he killed me , there will be no case against him at all (that happened with allot of girls around here) sadly am the 2nd one so i thought about leaving all middle east and go to USA but am afraid USA policy might send me back to dad note* i have much proves for been so abused by kicks now am almost losing my left ear , cant hear much from it so wanna know is there any country would never send me back to my parents after showing them my proves? just name that country , and i will do my best to reach it thank u |

It is possible that you can be granted asylum in another country based on a history of abuse by your parents. But there are no guarantees. The US has granted this before to people who would face injury or death if they returned to their country. The US has a fairly good system of removing children from parents after proof of abuse is shown. They are usually placed in foster care under government supervision. At your age, you would be considered an adult here and would be free to make your own choices. The US is a very far place for you to get to, however. Perhaps another middle eastern country or a European one who has a more relaxed law on woman's rights would be easier to reach. Once there seek the protection of the law and file for asylum as a victim of abuse. Human rights organizations in many countries would help you. Maybe you could contact one? Good luck.
