Is it legal to have my brother to ship alcohol?
There's a kind of beer that is available in PA but not where I live. Would it be illegal to have my brother ship me a case?

I wish to inform you that laws of your state will govern your rights. In this regard generally beer can be brought for personal consumption. Further your brother may bring personally such case of beer to you. If your brother intends to ship through US Post then he cannot do such a thing because US Post accepts beer from only approved customers who are licensed to ship alcohol.

Your brother can’t simply ship a case of beer to you, it is illegal. He can ship it through a licensee who can ship beer to another state.
