gHave been tormented by phone calls from charities in England particularly
Manchester to advertise in their magazines. Now the problem that all these people seem to have the same accent and I have been caught for a lot of money. These charities record the telephone conversations. Is this contract binding and do I have to pay these invoices which are usually in sterling. I seem to get caught by the accent as the all sound the same. I may be very soft but this is an expense on our business which we cannot afford. Hope you can help me. Thank you for your time. |

If you cancel immediately their damages will be minimal, even if they do try to sue. You can argue something about what they said misled you as well.
