Hi, my name is Asta my question would be what I can do about my credit card
statements they are coming in unsealed envelopes, so all my info is free for any public, my credit card # my account # and all my personal information my address, balance and available credit all that secret information to keep yourself from identity theft . So I already called them twice and told them what is going on but cause it is already 5th time this happened but before we lived in small town so it wasn't that worrying, but now we live in the city I would like to take them to court, but I don't know if it is worth it, because this really makes my mad. |

You may also report them to your state attorney general's office. And to the Federal Trade Commission.
