Sue car manufaturer for misinformation

is it possible for me to sue the manufacturer of my vechicle because of their misinformation printed in the owners manual? the owners manual of the car claims it has 4 wheel disc brakes and when in all actuality it has rear drum brakes, which arent as safe. i bought the car because it was safe, with the 4 wheel discs and such. now i get the runaround from their customer service center, who basically say they cant help me. so, do i have a case?

Yes you can. Report it to your state attorney general as well.

thats all well and good but how do i email them? im kind of a college student and my funds are well slim to say the least. what kind of attorney do i talk to? how do i take on a whole car manufacturer? i need advice. anyone wanna help?
