Default fiancee possessions

My fiancee recently past away. We have been living together for 1 1/2 years both our names are on the rental lease. We were planning to get married this month. His ex wife wants his children to go through his possessions. What are my rights. Do they have the right to enter my home and by his things being here do they have the right.

Default Re: fiancee possessions

His kids normally would have a right to his items. But you need not let them enter your home; you can arrange to see them etc. separately.
